I loved my experience here! The optometrist was very knowledgeable and showed me comparison photos on what I should look out for in my retina scans. The staff in the front are so sweet and helpful! Didn’t try to over sell me on anything and helped me within the budget I wanted to stay in with my insurance.

Friendly staff. By the time I walked in and to examination phase lastly to the doctor, it was comfortable and completely at ease feeling. Also very transparent about what you pay. No hidden fees. I would definitely recommend this place!

You guys are awesome.com! You made me feel extremely comfortable. This is coming from someone who usually is not a people person. My anxiety usually goes through the roof, but I felt a calm from the moment I walked through the door. I truly do thank you for your service and compassion towards your patients.

I had an excellent experience. Each person I interacted with was respectful and courteous. This place definitely deserves the top rating. Something that should be mentioned, The building (and the whole city block of property) is currently going through a major redevelopment. The exterior (parking lot, landscape, etc) looks terrible. But the interior of the business itself is exceptionally well maintained and decorated. (they even have a nice seating area for the kids!)

I’ve been a patient for many, many years. I still look forward to my annual visits/exams. The staff and doctors are welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I like that the staff gives me input when asked in deciding which glasses to order. I highly recommend Norwalk Family Optometry.

Very polite and professional staff and doctor. Help me make choices but never pushie. I have not yet received my glasses order was put yesterday it will take about 2 weeks. But I am very pleases with their service and professionalism.
