This place definitely deserves the top rating.
Something that should be mentioned,
The building (and the whole city block of property) is currently going through a major redevelopment. The exterior (parking lot, landscape, etc) looks terrible.
But the interior of the business itself is exceptionally well maintained and decorated.
(they even have a nice seating area for the kids!)
